Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CTI Zero threat intelligence platform, websites, APIs and related services (the "Service") provided by Agentic Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, clicking "I accept", or using the Service, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Agentic Labs LLC aggregates open-source intelligence, governmental advisories, vulnerability databases and breach data and exposes them to authenticated users through a console, APIs and webhooks. Features available to you depend on the plan you select on the billing page.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API tokens.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Subscription, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the start of a new billing period.

4. Customer data and intelligence outputs

"Customer Data" means data you submit to the Service (watchlist keywords, organisation context, API payloads). You retain all rights in Customer Data and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the Service. Intelligence outputs (alerts, IoC enrichment, reports) are provided "as collected" from third-party sources; you are responsible for independently verifying any output before acting on it.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and at least reasonable care.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect the Service and Customer Data, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logging, and least-privilege access for personnel. Additional commitments for personal data are set out in the Data Processing Addendum.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all related software, models, documentation and trademarks. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-party content and feeds

The Service ingests content from third-party sources (e.g. CISA, NVD, ENISA, public repositories, breach datasets). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or legality of third-party content and disclaim liability for it to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Warranties and disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. CTI Zero is a defensive intelligence tool and does not guarantee detection or prevention of any security incident.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues or lost data. Each party's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amounts paid by Customer for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

Each party will defend and indemnify the other against third-party claims to the extent they arise from that party's breach of these Terms, subject to prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.

13. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and Customer Data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and DPA.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of business of Agentic Labs LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
